We're the Old Harbor Place Homeowners' Association, a volunteer group made up entirely of single-family residential property owners like you since 1995.
You and Old Harbor Place can do what an individual homeowner can't always do. When you come to us for help, we can put the strength of the Old Harbor Place Homeowners' Association to work for you. Together, we provide a unified and respected front at City Hall and elsewhere. We know which meetings to attend, when to write letters (and more importantly, where to send them), and what to say to whom. We're far stronger than any homeowner acting individually.
In addition, we publish an informative newsletter, helping spread the word on community issues. Feel free to email us with your issues.
